Early-career researchers make up a large proportion of the scientific workforce. Therefore, they can have immense power when it comes to improving the research culture in their immediate research niche or institutions. In this webinar, panellists discussed how early-career researchers can influence and improve the quality of research as well as the way research is performed at their institutions.
You can say things because they are right and you can help move institutions that are big ships that have been around for centuries to steer in a direction that is right.
